For help with sync, sign-in, care records, checkup reports, or shared care, submit feedback from Profile → Feedback in MeowMoir. This keeps the request connected to your account context.
Account and identity conflicts
If the app displays a support reference, include the complete reference in your feedback. MeowMoir never overwrites or merges two accounts automatically.
Existing WeChat data
If you previously used the mini program but iOS cannot find the account, follow the in-app instructions to refresh your identity in the mini program, then return to iOS and retry.
Sync and offline records
Offline changes enter the Sync Queue and retry when the connection returns. An unrecoverable change displays its reason and can be corrected, retried, or discarded. Local caches and queues are isolated between accounts.
Urgent health concerns
MeowMoir support does not provide veterinary diagnosis. Contact an emergency veterinary clinic immediately for breathing difficulty, inability to urinate, persistent seizures, altered consciousness, or another emergency.
